  On 10/19/2012 at 3:00PM PST I dialed (877) 763-4010 to contact Support Squad. Rose answered my call. I asked Rose if Shaun was available since I have been talking to him already regarding this issue. Rose stated he was not. I fully informed Rose of Support Squad's public profile on Scambook and current unresolved customer complaints and I asked her to please put me on the phone with someone from management with Support Squad. Rose stated management already knew about the issue and they would be contacting me soon. I stated to Rose that I have been patiently waiting since 10/10/2012 for a return call and that every interaction I have with Support Squad is publicly documented so that anyone can see how Support Squad handles complaints and what kind of customer service they offer. I will update everyone as this investigation continues.
